Vue exceptionnelle et villa trÚs agréable et facile à vivre !

La villa est trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre avec de nombreux espaces. Elle est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, avec les petites attentions pour faciliter l’installation (capsules de cafĂ©, rosĂ© et glaçons, gel douche et Ă©ponge neuve dans chaque salle de bain, papier toilette, sopalin, liquide vaisselle, sac poubelle, pastille lave vaisselle, lessive). La plancha de qualitĂ© (Kampouz, grand modĂšle inox) est parfaite pour les repas extĂ©rieurs et il y a plus qu’il ne faut en vaisselle ! La piscine est grande pour en profiter en famille. Le quartier est trĂšs calme (trĂšs peu de passage), tout en Ă©tant Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate d’un excellent boucher, d’une pizzeria et d’une superette. La plage et le centre d’Agay sont Ă  5 min en voiture et il est facile de s’y garer. L’élĂ©ment qui rend ce sĂ©jour magique est la vue exceptionnelle ! Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs accueillant et partage toutes les instructions bien dĂ©taillĂ©es en amont. Le jardin paysager et le mobilier extĂ©rieur sont aussi Ă  souligner ! Il y a suffisamment de transats et de parasol pour tous autour de la piscine. Merci encore pour ce sĂ©jour !

Great vacation house

Property was just as advertised, which is a big plus. Great views, incredible pool, we had all meals on the pool deck dining table overlooking the ocean.Simply incredible.Host was easy to communicate with, they checked in on us after a stormy evening, and we had no issues during our 10 day stay.

Es war ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub, insbesondere der Blick von allen Seiten des Hauses auf das Meer ist phĂ€nomenal. Das Haus hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete KĂŒche und viele Möglichkeiten drinnen und draußen zu essen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Traumhafte Aussicht

Wir hatten das Objekt fĂŒr mehrere Wochen gebucht. Das Haus war sauber, hat eine super Lage. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Besonders zu erwĂ€hnen ist die traumhafte Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Tres belles maison, vue magnifique!

Nous avons passĂ© deux semaines dans la villa situĂ©e sur une colline Ă  Agay. La vue sur la mer est impressionnante, la propriĂ©tĂ© est baignĂ©e par le soleil toute la journĂ©e jusqu’au coucher. La description sur le site ne suffit pas pour transmettre l’ambiance, la beautĂ© et le calme. MĂȘme s’il y a des maisons autour, l’agencement est tel qu’on se croit seuls. Il y a plusieurs coins oĂč on peut s’installer Ă  l’extĂ©rieur, les transats autour de la piscine (systĂšme de nettoyage continu de l’eau, aucun goĂ»t de chlore, et bien sĂ»r contrĂŽle rĂ©gulier du fonctionnement par le responsable), une table basse ici, une grande table pour manger par lĂ . Les parasols ne manquent pas non plus, ainsi qu’une tente tĂ©lĂ©commandĂ©e en façade. Les chambres sont de bonnes dimensions, huit personnes ont bien pu s’organiser. À l’intĂ©rieur salon et coin TV avec grand Ă©cran, grande table Ă  dĂźner, Ă  l’étage coin lecture et j’en passe. La cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, avec frigo double, lave vaisselle, cuisiniĂšre avec four, microondes, cafetiĂšre Ă  filtre, autre Ă  capsules, tout en Ă©tat impeccable. Les salles d’eau de bonnes dimensions Ă©galement. Pour faire court, tout est prĂ©vu de maniĂšre Ă  ce qu’on se sente chez soi, une maison idĂ©ale pour se reposer et passer de trĂšs belles vacances!

Splendid views from Villa M

A wonderful week enjoying the sunsets and stunning views out to sea, over the bay, and across the hills. So lovely to have a choice of outdoor seating areas with plenty of sun loungers, good sized pool and smart sun shades. Lots to do nearby but mostly we didn’t want to leave the peace and tranquillity of the villa. Convenient local shops and good exercise biking back up the hill! The sea breeze on several days was welcome. The fans in the rooms were adequate though some might prefer air con.
