Lovely holiday in great villa

Great outdoor seating areas with views towards the sea. Indoors accommodation also spacious and comfortable with excellent air con. Pool area also lovely and enjoyed by adults and baby alike. Easyish walk to the town with the main beach, harbour, shops and cafes.

Fantastic!

This house was perfect for us - 2 families consisting of 4 adults and 4 children (ages 9-14). We enjoyed the pool, the location of the house, the terrasse etc. The house is comfortable and spacy. The air-conditioning was very good! Over all we are very satisfied and really recommend this house, however some of the equipment in the house need to be completed, for exemple glass and cups and the barbacue will need to be changed since it is quite rusty. Thank you Chantal for your patience with our French!

À rénover - corresponds pas au prix demandé

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement à notre arrivée, mais malheureusement le logement n’était pas du tout propre. Le ménage avait été fait très superficiellement et ne correspondait pas à nos attentes. Avant notre séjour, nous avions pourtant demandé si le problème de propreté signalé dans certaines critiques avait été résolu, et il nous avait été garanti que tout serait impeccable. Malheureusement, ce n’était pas le cas.À notre arrivée, la piscine était verte et inutilisable jusqu’au lendemain matin. Après seulement cinq jours, l’eau était à nouveau verte et on nous a conseillé d’aller à la plage puisque celle-ci n’était pas loin. Pour une maison avec piscine, cela n’est vraiment pas acceptable.De plus, la maison est très vieille et aurait besoin d’une rénovation urgente. Il est particulièrement regrettable que l’ancienneté et l’état des salles de bain soient dissimulés dans l’annonce.

Superbe villa pour des vacances reposantes

Schönes Haus mit Meerblick in herrlich ruhiger Lage

Haus, Lage und der gepflegte Garten haben uns gut gefallen und wir haben uns mit einer Einschränkung sehr wohl gefühlt. Trotz der kühlen Temperaturen Mitte April war die Heizung nicht funktionsfähig. Das Problem konnte auch nicht durch die rasche Bereitstellung eines Heizlüfters durch die charmante und engagierte Verwalterin behoben werden konnten. Zumindest die Schlafzimmer waren mit der Klimaanlage etwas beheizbar. Das im Souterrain gelegene Studio war aufgrund der Kälte nicht bewohnbar, es riecht zudem trotz Zwangsbelüftung etwas modrig. Davon abgesehen aber ein wirklich schönes Haus und in den wärmeren Jahreszeiten empfehlenswert.

Sehr schön und ruhig

Wir haben dort das erste mal Urlaub gemacht. Die Lage ist traumhaft, sehr ruhig mit Blick aufs Meer und einer sehr schönen Gartenanlage. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, hat uns aber als Großfamilie nicht weiter gestört. Von der Einrichtung her war alles da was man benötigt, wir haben nichts vermisst. Am ersten Tag mussten wir allerdings erstmal einiges an Geschirr durchspülen, weil vieles schmutzig in die Schränke eingeräumt wurde. Die Bettwäsche die wir bekommen haben war zwar frisch gewaschen, hatte aber dennoch einige Flecken. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss wurde beim Saubermachen wohl übersehen, der Boden war krümmelig und es waren noch Haare im Bett. Aber als wir alles durchgeputzt haben, haben wir uns wirklich wohlgefühlt und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank für die sehr freundliche und geduldige Wohnungsabnahme von Chantal und auch für die Flasche Wein. Ich würde meinen Urlaub wieder dort verbringen

Super Lage, kurzer Weg zum Meer.

Super Lage und wer kein Sandstrand braucht ist schnell am Meer. Sehr leise Gegend und alles was man braucht ist im Umkreis von 5 km zu bekommen. Das einzigste Mango ist das Geschirr und das Besteck. Hier müsste mehr vorhanden sein. Es ist auch zu beachten, das die vorhandenen Mülltonnen leer zu übergeben sind oder man muss extra Geld ausgeben. Am Besten kleine Säcke Ampeln und an den öffentlichen Stelken entsorgen.

Ruim huis, geschikt voor 12 personen met een prachtige tuin en zwembad!

Locatie is perfect voor verschillende uitstapjes naar strand, Fréjus en St.Maxime (beide op 15 min rijden). Vanwege het mooie weer hebben we erg genoten van het terras bij de BBQ plaats en het zwembad.

Début octobre, nous avons eu une autre semaine d'été et de vacances balnéaires dans un endroit magnifique. Jardin avec piscine et terrasse sont remarquables (nos compliments aux propriétaires!). Les installations sanitaires et les installations électriques de la maison bien équipée sont en partie obsolètes et ne fonctionnent pas partout à la perfection. Cependant, la connexion WLAN est parfaite dans toute la maison. Si vous voulez passer des vacances relaxantes avec une dizaine de personnes et que vous n'avez pas trop d'attentes, c'est l'endroit idéal pour vous. Particulièrement adapté aux vacances en famille.

Sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis!

Wir haben eine Woche mit 5 Personen (drei Parteien) in der Villa Agathea verbracht. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und ist für vier Familien ausreichend groß. Im September Sonne von ca. 08:00 bis 16:00. Die Lage ist ruhig in einer Sackgasse, etwas dem Hang hinauf. Die Küstenstraße ist in der Ferne zu hören, stört aber nicht wirklich. Chantal ist sehr freundlich und sehr gründlich bei der Einweisung und Abnahme, was der Qualität des Equipments am Ende zugut kommt. Die Einrichtung ist nicht modern, aber in Ordnung. Die Couch wirkt etwas befremdlich, ist aber mit einer Decke darauf recht bequem. Der Pool war sehr sauber und wurde einmal in der Woche gereinigt. Das Internet funktioniert für normale Anwendungen sehr gut. Die Küche war ausreichend gut eingerichtet und der Kühlschrank erfreulich groß. Fazit: Es gibt sicher die für die Gegend üblichen High-End Villen für viel Geld. Wer aber eine saubere Unterkunft für bis zu 12 Personen sucht, kommt beim Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht an dieser Villa vorbei. Wir würden definitv wieder hier übernachten! Danke an Chantal für die Geduld mit unserem französisch und vielen Dank Herrn Planche für die freundliche Kommunikation und dem Wein natürlich! C'était un moment agréable, merci pour tout, et tout le mieux pour l'avenir.

Bon rapport qualité-prix

La maison construite ds les années 60 est étonnante, belle et très vaste. Beau jardin avec piscine. L'emplacement est bon, possibilité d'aller au village et à la mer à pied. Quelques bémols cependant : l'ameublement (canapés) et les ustensiles de cuisine sont à rajeunir. La télévision marche mal et les chaines principales ne sont pas reçues. En conclusion, location intéressante surtout pour un groupe nombreux en raison du prix raisonnable pour une prestation globalement satisfaisante.

Maison très bien équipée et surtout remarquablement aménagée, chacun trouvant son espace sans se gêner Parfait equipement très complet Tres bien située au calme sans aucun vis a vis et a proximité du centre de la ville (8 mn pour descendre) Je recommande cette maison ou vous serez accueilli avec chaleur et gentillesse Ce séjour fut un vrai bonheur pour notre grande famille
