Annonce ne correspondant pas au logement

L appartement n etait pas totalement nettoyé: traces de beurre et de confiture sur la table, le sol juste propre. La literie est plus sue mediocre. La couette honteusement tachée... la porte d entrée tres difficile à ouvrir, un des 2 verrous etait cassé et condamné avec du scotch! les informations sur le logement ont ete données juste avant l arrivée, en résumé une mauvaise expérience.

Low price, basic place but no pakring which was promised

No parking despite it being promised there & important to us. NO phone numebrs we were given were answered and every message/email we sent about parking we were referred to call one of the ph#s that dont work OR told to email someone else BUT that was who i was emailing!! They just pass the buck, no one is in charge or responsible for this place!?!? Cant even enter the "street" as there is a boo gate so expected to walk up steep hill in freezing hold with luggage (no way to even unload outside!!). Apartment itself okay inside, warm conformable etc.. NO wifi despite being told it was available and no reply to email about it. We were given linen at the last minute which was good.

Bel emplacement, une question on vous répond immédiatement, le seul gros souci à été notre mécontentement de voir que le ménage n avait pas été fait a notre arrivée.. dommage de devoir nettoyer ce que vos prédécesseurs vous ont laissé (vaisselle, frigo, sdb, balcon, nettoyage général) mais le séjour fut tout de même agréable dans l ensemble.

Annonce abusive !

Équipements minimalistes ! WC ds la salle de bain et non indépendants. Pas de parking gratuit à disposition , pas de badge ! Pas de carte d'hôte qui permet d'utiliser gratuitement les transports en commun ! Et enfin 45 euros de frais ménage alors que nous avons trouvé l'appartement nettoyé sommairement (four non nettoyé....)
