About this property

In the "Ferienhaus-Poel" are the three adjacent vacation homes Ostseestern, Ostseekrabbe and Ostseemuschel, each with about 70 m² of living space, surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees, a climbing frame and two outdoor grills. A table tennis room can be shared. Each cottage is equipped with a fireplace and a sauna, these let even cold days become cozy. On the first floor, the open kitchen merges into the living room. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, bed linen and towels can be provided for a fee. In each house, there is a children's high chair and a children's travel bed. Free wifi is available. Car parking spaces are available. Pets are welcome (fee 10 €/day). A spa tax of 2,50 € per night for adults is payable to the municipality.
The "Ferienhaus-Poel" is suitable for the vacation of several families.
From the Baltic Sea to the Timmendorfer beach, it is 900m, to the riding facility Plath 100m.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Das Haus ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Besonders positiv kam bei uns allen der großzügig vorhandene Stauraum für Kleidung in diversen Kommodenschubladen an - da haben wir schon wesentlich mehr Probleme gehabt, unsere Sachen unterzubringen. Die Schlafzimmer (eins für die Eltern, eins für das große Kind und ein gemeinsames für die beide anderen, quasi mit Aufbettung in Form einer ausgeklappten Couch oder so ähnlich) sind relativ klein, zum Schlafen aber absolut ausreichend, wobei das Doppelbett eher schmal gehalten ist (was uns jetzt nicht gestört hat). Sitzgelegenheit im Garten mit eigenem Grillofen, Spielplatz, Fahrradschuppen und Tischtennisraum - alles vorhanden. Die Lage direkt an der Straße hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, die Fenster sind sehr gut schallisoliert und der Verkehr hielt sich in Grenzen. Strand (und alles andere auf der Insel) ist gut zu erreichen, wir hatten uns gleich zu Anfang Fahrräder ausgeliehen, da hatte das Auto weitestgehend Pause. Der Strand selbst ist ein kilometerlanger Sandstrand und durch die vielen Sandbänke geht es flach ins Wasser. Ruhe, Natur und Entspannung findet man auf Poel auf jeden Fall und die Ostseemuschel ist eine gute Ausgangsbasis für Unternehmungen.
