THE GITE
In an area classified as Historic Monuments, the Gîte du Miroir (80 m²) is located upstairs, adjoining the gites of Margouillis and La Botte, all close to the castle and the fish farm.

Completed in 1902, this is one of the last castles built in France. Classified as a historic monument with its park since 2009, it is considered one of the masterpieces of Henri and Achille Duchêne. These princes gardeners, renowned landscape architects, designed a castle in communion with its gardens and the lush nature of the surroundings.

Perched on its hillock, the castle dominates the Dombes countryside and its numerous ponds. On a clear day, the outlook allows you to see Mont Blanc to the east and Beaujolais to the west.

Today, the castle offers rooms for rent and hosts 4 rural lodges in its park.
