Ideally located for sunbathing, resting on the beach, or going for a walk along the coast or in the middle of the forest. We are 3 km from the town of Deshaies.
The village of Deshaies takes its name from the parish of Hayes, which probably meant a shelter for sailors .. Moreover do not forget to go for a walk on the side of the battery tip to see the remains of cannons of the battery of Deshaies.
Its peaceful village is charming and welcoming, far from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Katalo is the starting point for many visits:
-plages, volcano acces, îlets, forest walks, diving, islands (Les Saintes - Marie-Galante)
And the ideal place for the sunset: from your balcony, settle down with a ti 'punch or a planter and you will see the most beautiful sunset of Guadeloupe. If the weather is clear, you may be able to see the green ray, the last ray of sunshine ...

Great place to be
This was our 2nd time at Katala Plage. after a long waitingtime due to Covid, we enjoyed it as much as possible. Gaetane is a very kind host, friendly and very helpful. The Place is great with an "nearly" private beach.
no problem to check in, there is a little present from the host for your first dejeuner.
We will come back as soon as possible.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit selbst gefertigten Möbeln. Wir wurden mit einem Frühück und einer Flasche selbstgemachtem Planteur empfangen. Einfach toll!

Un endroit magique où l’on se sent bien .
Le logement idéalement placé ou tout est fait pour vous sentir comme à la maison, une propriétaire d’une gentillesse extrême.

Un agréable espace de détente et de repos.
Possibilité d'ouvrir le portail pour apprécier la vue sur la mer ou de s'asseoir en face d'un coucher de soleil où chaque seconde du déclin de l'astre solaire peut être appréciée.
