Family fun in the sun! Relax and enjoy Lake Granbury

A perfect place to get away from it all; relax, unwind, and enjoy this quiet cove setting awaiting your escape. Having shade trees, four levels of deck, a swimming pool, and being a few steps away from the lake allows you to catch perfect sunsets or a relaxing swim. The private dock on a private cove allows plenty of room to fish, to keep your boat or water toys tied up, or just to watch the geese swim by and the fish jump. You will not be able use the slips on the dock for your boat however.

Inside Lakeside Haven you will find an open living/dining and kitchen concept with space for entertainment that overlooks the lake. The wine refrigerator awaits your favorite drinks and is ready for you to enjoy "5 o'clock somewhere" afternoons. WIFI is available to access your favorite shows Board games and books are available for leisurely entertainment.

The home is fully equipped for all your needs in the kitchen. Two coffee makers and blender are available. Bring your mixin's with you. There's a full-sized washer and dryer. Propane grill is available to enjoy those wonderful outside dinners. At the end of a fun-packed day you will find fluffy bath towels and fresh linens on comfortable beds. Lakeside Haven has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and on-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and shares a bath with the bunk room. The bunk room has two sets of bunks and a TV with DVD player to entertain the kids. A Pac-n-Play is available for the little ones. A queen-sized air mattress is available if you need it for additional indoor sleeping or crashing on the deck.

A dining table allows for indoor eating or venture out to the covered deck for waterfront dining at the 6 to 8-seat patio table on the first deck level, the 6-seat patio set on the second level or the fire pit on the third level. Don't forget to roast marshmallows on the native stone lakefront fire pit! The choice is yours!

Down from the deck and a short set of steps, the lake awaits. Bring your own life jackets and water toys. There is a public boat launch 1/4 mile down the road and a public beach 5 minutes away! We are in the process of adding a deck on the water which will be perfect for chilling out and/or fishing.

Don't want to play in the lake? That's no problem. A private pool surrounded by deck is available for all your floating and splashing needs. With easy access to the cooler, you will never need to get out!

Lakeside Haven is located in a small quire neighborhood within 1/4 mile of a local grocery store. The classic charm of Downtown Granbury with its shopping, restaurants, and festivals is a 5-minute ride away. Beautifully manicured golf courses are located within a 15-minute drive. An original family oriented drive-in theater is nearby for your evening entertainment.
Lakeside Haven is 45 minutes from Fort Worth and a little over an hour from Dallas. Enjoy the beautiful drive.
