The residence offers an aquatic space of 1000M2 with an outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool, a covered swimming pool (which can be opened) heated with paddling pool, swimming corridor, whirlpool. Le logement est trÚs bien équipé et aménagé, trÚs propre et bien situé, j'y ai passé avec deux petits fils un excellent séjour, ces derniers ont adoré la proximité de la piscine.

séjour agréable et reposant

Appartement trĂšs bien entretenu, bien placĂ© concernant la piscine. Il donne sur le parking de la rĂ©ception ce qui peut ĂȘtre un peu bruyant. Notre sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©able avec un accueil chaleureux de la part de Jean-Paul dans une rĂ©sidence calme et familiale. Nous avons pu dĂ©couvrir les plages de Mimizan et Biscarosse idĂ©alement. Merci

Einfache Unterkunft in schöner Anlage

Die kleine Wohnung ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und reicht fĂŒr einen Badeurlaub prima. Bei mehr als 2 Kindern muss klar sein, dass die Betten 5+6 im Flur, direkt an der HaustĂŒre stehen & nur durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt werden können. Schrank oder anderweitig Stauraum ist hier gar nicht vorhanden. Der ist insgesamt knapp, auch fĂŒr KĂŒchenvorrĂ€te, Spiele etc. Ist das Wetter mal nicht so gut und man ist mit allen in der Wohnung ist es schon sehr beengt. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Hunde dĂŒrfen ebenfalls mitgebracht werden:-) FĂŒr AusflĂŒge sollte man durchaus bereit sein, lĂ€ngere Autofahren in Kauf zu nehmen. Jean Paul, der Verwalter, ist sehr nett und hat uns bei einem defekt des KĂŒhlschrankes direkt geholfen. Er spricht allerdings ausschließlich französisch und wenig Englisch, Kommunikation ist also eine Herausforderung, wenn man nicht gut französisch spricht. HĂ€nde, FĂŒĂŸe und Online-Übersetzung machen es aber möglich :-) Leider haben die Vormieter das Geschirr ziemlich schmuddelig hinterlassen und mit einem Geschirrtuch auf 2 Wochen mit 5 Personen kommt man auch nicht so gut hin. Die Anlage insgesamt, insbesondere der Poolbereich und die Poolbar / Restaurant sind aber top ! Alles sauber und gepflegt, die Mitarbeitenden sehr nett. Parken ist kein Problem! WĂ€sche kann im Waschraum gegen 6€/Ladung gewaschen werden. Trockner 3€. Es sind sehr große Industriemaschinen, die ratzfatz fertig sind. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub mit kleineren Abstrichen.

Es sind nur 2 abgeschlossene Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Ein Etagenbett befindet sich neben dem Eingang auf dem Weg in das Wohnzimmer mit KĂŒchenecke ohne Trennung und kann nicht als Schlafzimmer bezeichnet werden. Wifi ist nur fĂŒr 1 GerĂ€t kostenlos. FĂŒr eine Woche kostet die Benutzung 20 €. Der Empfang war sehr nett mit 1 Brot und Blumen in einer Vase. Das Essen im Lokal der Anlage ist nicht empfehlenswert.

Super appartement

L'appartement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, il ne manque rien vous ĂȘtes comme Ă  la maison!! TrĂšs propre. L'emplacement idĂ©al juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la piscine et de l'accueil et la laverie. AccĂšs direct au lac vous pourrez faire de superbe photo avec le couchĂ© du soleil. Le seul bĂ©mol que nous ayons eu c'est les voisins bruyant au dessus ( chaise qui fesais un bruit fou Ă  chaque dĂ©placement) mais nous n'Ă©tions pas souvent lĂ  donc sa nous a gĂȘner que quelque fois
