Traditional village 'Maison de Maître', completely renovated with private garden and swimming pool - ideal for family holidays.

The accommodation consists of ;

Ground floor, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob etc.), living room with sofas, TV/DVD, wifi access, cloakroom with washhand basin and toilet.

Outside ... covered patio with table and dining chairs, and gas BBQ, overlooking the garden, and a private swimming pool (approx 6x5m).

On the first floor, 1 bedroom with queen sized double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. Air conditioning.

In the heart of the market town of Argeles sur mer. Free parking 200m away. 2kms from the beaches.

Home from home

This is a lovely house, very comfortable and everything is provided. Location is excellent - 2 mins walk from village, 1 min walk from local shop, 25 mins walk from beach. Easy access to motorway, etc. Some lovely, highly reviewed places to eat within 5 mins. Pool and garden are lovely and quiet, very relaxing time. Louise could not have been more helpful.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison de Louise. Louise était disponible et arrangeante. Pendant le séjour nous avons eu du mal à utiliser le barbecue et Louise a pu nous apporter de l'aide en moins de 10 minutes. Encore merci ! L'emplacement est super, au cœur de la ville d'Argelès. C'est très calme. Il n'y a pas de place de parking dédiée mais il y a un parking public à 5mins à pieds donc ça n'a pas été un problème pendant notre séjour.

We hadden een heerlijke vakantie in een prachtig, net en verzorgd , van alle gemakken voorzien huis. Wij raden dit verblijf zeker aan. De communicatie met de eigenaresse was prima , snel en duidelijk. Perfect verblijf !

Leuk huis in echte Franse Stijl

Heel leuk huis, heel compleet uitgerust, midden in het centrum. Zwembad was super voor onze kids. Aanrader als je houdt van typisch Franse sfeer.

Sehr schönes großzügiges Haus, Atmosphäre und Ausstattung perfekt.

Das Haus ist großzügig, perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts, besonders in der Küche war für alles gesorgt . Schöne Atmosphäre, sauberer Swimmingpool, der auch zwischendurch versorgt wurde. Die Lage ist im Zentrum, trotzdem ruhig. In der Nähe sind genügend kostenlose Parkplätze. Ein schöner Strand mit dem Auto ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfreich und verläßlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely property, had absolutely everything we could ask for. Lovely pool and outdoor areas. Spoilt for choice for restaurants and shopping. a bit of a hike to the beach in the hot weather but there are plenty of buses and, of course the Trainbus. Louise answered all of our questions promptly and helpfully. A great holiday.

Excellent house in a great location

The property is well equipped in a great central location within the village. Four adults stayed for a week in June, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were met by the host who answered any queries we had, and was also contactable throughout our stay, if needed. Plenty of shops/cafes/bars and shops within walking distance. The property is also within walking distance of the beach and Port. Would definitely recommend this property.

Jolie maison de ville spacieuse, idéalement située

Jolie petite maison de ville spacieuse et climatisee en plein centre d'argeles. Avec 2 enfants en bas âge (2 et 4 ans) on a apprécié la proximité des commerces, du marché ... nous avons oublié la voiture et tout fait à pied. La plage est à 2 km nous y allions à vélos de cette façon nous n'avions pas besoin de la voiture on évitait les bouchons. Super barbecue au gaz, au top nous avons grillé tous les jours pendant 15 jours :) Le petit jardin et la piscine sont très agréables. Bien située pour visiter la région. Les propriétaires très agréables. Le kit bébé est parfait pas de mauvaises surprises à l'arrivée comme on a déjà eu. Matériel récent et de bonne qualité. Nous avons bien apprécié de ne pas tout déménager pour bébé et de trouver du bon matériel. Petit bémol pas de stationnement attenant à la maison. Il y a des parkings gratuits pas très loin mais dès que l'on partait à la journée avec 2 enfants en bas âge et un peu de matériel c'était pas très pratique. Et pour décharger à l'arrivée des vacances et charger pour le départ un peu galère. Mais on s'en est sortis. :) Côte vaisselle il manque peut être un peu de couverts et il n'y avait pas de bols ça nous a manqué pour les petits déjeuners. Sinon c'est vacances étaient parfaites, nous avions le cafard de rentrer pour la reprise du travail.

Vacances idéales

Nous avons passé d'excellente vacance au sein de votre maison à Argelès-sur-Mer. Tout était très propre et la maison est très agréable (confort , proximité des commerces et du parking , piscine privée juste parfaite , marché local au pied de la rue...). Les propriétaires de cette villa sont disponibles et accueillant :) Nous recommandons vivement cette villa et nous y retournerons prochainement sans hésiter . Merci à vous.

"Belle location, proprietaire agréable, cependant le prix reste élévé en considdérant que le plancher aux alentours alentours de la piscine nécéssite des travaux d'urgences,que la vaisselle est en nombres insuffisant et que l'absencce de garage dans ce type de location est un réel problème, alors que deux maisons plus loin, appartenant au meme proprietaire et pour le meme prix il en existe un! Malgré cela jolie maison de village ou nous avons passer d'agréable vacances."

"The house was larger tha...

"The house was larger than expected and spotlessly clean. Every comfort had been considered. Lovely dining area outside. Great kitchen dining area. Kitchen fully equipped modern dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. The pool was great and our daughter of 7 was just about able to stand up in it. Super location, easy walk to local buchers, bakers, fishmongers and mini supermarket. Would love to stay there again and would recommend to friends."
