This stunning and luxurious villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to a vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and perfect self-catering stay.

As you walk in to the villa, you will find the open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofas, widescreen TV with satellite channels and WIFI connection. The dining area has seating for 6 persons and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to lead you to the garden and pool area outside.
There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor.

Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms, all of which offer stunning views. The master double bedroom has a balcony offering stunning sea views plus an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and WC.

Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find a barbecue area with a worktop for extra space, outside seating area, sun loungers and large private pool with Roman steps leading into it.

Das Haus war sehr schön, aber mit Einschränkung

Unser Aufenthalt auf Zypern war sehr schön, was hauptsächlich an diesem wunderschönen Land liegt. Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr sauber und entsprachen der Beschreibung. Leider hat uns bereits um 7 Uhr morgens der Baulärm von der Baustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück geweckt und das täglich. Diesen Lärm und den Straßenlärm konnten die schlecht isolierten Fenster nicht abhalten. Wir waren zu siebt untergebracht, aber leider gibt es für 7 Leute weder Betten noch Stühle in diesem Haus. Meine Tochter hat auf einer Luftmatraze übernachtet, obwohl uns ein Feldbett zugesagt wurde. Trotzdem haben wir eine sehr schöne Woche hier verbracht. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe, auch den Strand kann man in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.

Beautiful villa

Overall, very pleased with the villa, and our stay here. Very modern, light, and well appointed - pool area is superb. Felt that the host could have been more responsive when we contacted about a few issues, not all of which were resolved. Would highly recommend for a large family or group stay.
