Magnificent duplex renovated in Parque Santiago II
The apartment is located on the third floor, the highest one in the complex with a privilege views and south orientation.
It is close to the "Golden mile" with all the commodities such as restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, hairdressers, beaches... that can be easily reached by foot. Perfect for people who loves surfing!
Bright living room with an excellent sofa, table with four chairs, flat TV, ironing facilities and free optical fiber Wi-Fi. The kitchen has a small fridge, ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The panoramic terrace is equipped on the floor with a great garden (artificial), table with four chairs and a comfortable sofa on the left side that will give you some unforgettable sunsets to the Atlantic ocean.
The bedroom is upper and has 2 areas, each one with 2 beds, so there are a total of 4 individual beds. The 2 beds allocated in the main room may be joined being a "king size bed" 180cm x 200cm (on request). It has high ceilings with an air conditioning, wardrobe room and a full renovated bathroom with a rain shower.
Entrance to the swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols by the pool are available with a small fee. It will be paid directly there.
