Located in a very quiet area of Calella, it is part of a community with garden and swimming pool. There is also a pool for little children.
Located on top of a hill, the sea views are striking from the terrace, the dining room and the master bedroom.
The apartment is practical since there is no architectural barrier to access it and the parking space is just in front of the entrance door.
