Located in one of the most charming neighbourhoods of Madrid, the Las Letras (Huertas) neighbourhood, stands out for its characteristic architecture of the city and an unbeatable location, a pedestrian area with numerous establishments, restaurants, museums and different activities that the city offers, in short, an international and cosmopolitan atmosphere.



The apartment:



This 60 m² apartment is located on the first interior floor of a building without an elevator that can accommodate up to 6 people and is completely renovated, designed to offer the best quality to its occupants.



A warm and very bright environment distributed in a double bedroom, a room with two single beds, a cosy living-dining room with a sofa bed next to the kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking and appliances, in addition to a full bathroom with shower.



It has Wi-Fi internet and partial air conditioning for cold and heat.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
