Overview
Villa Amalia is located in Viglatsouri, Corfu. This detached vacation
rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 7
people (6 Adults and 1 Child) with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. There is
a private pool (South Facing) with barbecue and Sea views. Walking
distance to the Beach and Restaurants.

Adjacent to the private pool is a shower room and day-room with
kitchenette.
Open plan kitchen, dining and living area. 2 air conditioned bedrooms:
1 double with en suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom, plus a shared family
bathroom.
Outside there is a spacious pool, brick barbecue, sun loungers, dining
table and chairs, shower room and kitchenette. 2 additional people can
be accommodated with folding beds on request. (These can be placed in
the bedrooms, lounge or in the day-room opposite the pool.)

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are sea views
from the living room.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

Villa Amalia has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
