Overview
Villa Martha is located in Gaios, Paxos. This semi-detached vacation
rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 7

Layout

Entrance to the villa is via steps from the private parking. The main
living area is spread over one floor: 2 bedrooms (one double and 1
twin), the cool air-conditioned lounge with kitchen/dining area, the
main bathroom and the spacious terrace offering breathtaking seaviews.
The third bedroom is located on the upper floor, has air-conditioning
as well as an en-suite WC with basin and is accessed by a spiral
staircase. The private pool with sun terrace, sunbeds and shades
attracts sun all day long and is the perfect place to relax.

The living room has a dining area, comfortable sofas and Free Wi-Fi.
There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue
outside.

Perfect villa on perfect island

The villa matched our needs perfectly. The swimming pool was amazing after a day in the sun and the air conditioning in the bedrooms kept us just the right temperature.

Loved it!

We loved our stay here. The pool was fantastic and the location was great. We rented a quad bike and we were never more than a few minutes drive from wherever we wanted to go. We did come at the hottest point in the summer and the AC wasn’t quite enough to combat the heat, thankfully we had the pool to cool off in!

Sunshine and sea at Villa Martha

Villa is perfect for a family and contains everything you would expect. Air conditioning very welcome! Pool was stunning and the view from the terrace breathtaking. Short walk from nearest beach with kiosk that makes yummy sandwiches. Walk to Gaios via the harbour is beautiful. Lots of super restaurants to choose from. Take a boat to Anti Paxos for the bluest, clearest sea ever!

Beautiful part of the Island. Great villa, great location, and even best sea views. Villa Martha is very spacious and we were grateful for the comfort of the sitting room in the villa as the weather was unseasonably chilly at night. We didnt worry about the amount of noise the children made because there were no neighbors! There is a wide terrace which was great for dining and for watching the great sunsets. Villa Martha was in a good secluded location close to Gaios.

Have already re-booked for next year. Villa was spotlessly clean & well presented. Nice spacious outside area with private pool and terrace and a dining/BBQ area. The views from the terrace over the bay were amazing and we enjoyed the cool sea breeze while having dinner at the terrace. The sunsets mesmerized me. We had a perfect holiday there and we are planning to come back to this property!

If you are looking for a quiet restful holiday in a private villa with a perfect sea views then this is the place for you! Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location, near to the beach. Nice terrace and pool, where we enjoyed during the whole day and waited the moment to see the most beautiful sunset views. The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 10-15 minute driving, you are at Gaios, Loggos, and Lakka, where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... All in all an excellent place and villa which we highly recommend.

We had the most amazing time in the Villa Martha! The villa and surroundings are exactly as seen in the photos and even exceeded the high expectations we had while planning our holiday. PERFECT LOCATION, EVEN PERFECT SEA VIEWS! The property felt very secluded and quiet. The property was also well maintained and clean. The nearest beach, which is very close (300m), is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for long walks, swimming, and snorkeling. The villa itself has a grand feel while still being very comfortable. It had everything you would need and more. The kitchen was fully equipped and we used the barbecue most of the time. As we went out and explored the island and beaches almost every day, the location was perfect as it put us in close proximity to everything. During our stay there we visited Loggos and Lakka and tried the most delicious specialties in the whole Paxos. Most of our time we spend at Paralia Kamini beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. The agents and staff of Agni were very nice and helpful and helped us with everything during the whole process. If youd like to enjoy some peace and quiet with warm sun and beautiful waters, this is the place to go! We are already planning our next trip to Gaios and would definitely recommend Villa Martha!

What a fab time, we had a perfect villa and even more perfect views. The villa had absolutely everything we needed and was very clean. Likewise, the outside areas were well maintained and the pool very clean. The views from the pool over the bay were amazing and we enjoyed the cool sea breeze while having dinner at the terrace. We had meals in most of the tavernas in Gaios, Lakka, and Loggos, we would recommend you pop in there and taste the most delicious local specialties. Lastly, thank you Agni Travel for organizing a perfect holiday. We cannot thank you enough, everything went to plan. We already booked this villa for next year and would certainly recommend it to our friends.

The villa was perfect. Perfect location, quiet, and within walking distance to the beach. The pool was big and the outdoor facilities were very good. I would definitely recommend this villa. The sunset view from the balcony and the sound of waves in the evening/early morning were perfect. Accommodation is spacious and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating/dining areas. Nice holiday...I would happily go back anytime.

Villa Martha

Villa Martha is an easy 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Gaios which has everything you need for shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets. You can also hire boats and take boat trips to Anti Paxos from there. It is also close to the port where we disembarked from Corfu. We did end up hiring a car in the end because we wanted to find more beaches than just the small beach near the villa. The villa itself is clean and has the basic necessities. The pool is clean and relaxing. The kitchen is fitted with enough basics to make meals and the balcony area is a nice area to have meals and watch the boats sail by. There were some problems when we first arrived and the property manager fixed them immediately. We had a lovely week in Paxos and will be back for sure.

really enjoyed our time at Villa Martha. Easy access to Giaos, but the walk back was strenuous in the heat of the day. Taxis were inexpensive and we didnt need a car to get around. The island is beautiful and I will certainly return to the villa again.

We had a really great holiday. Villa in a great location. We hired a jeep to visit other places & had excellent food & drinks everywhere we visited. The trip to Antipaxos was also well worth it. We will definitely come back.
