Lovely location / resort

Great location and resort. No welcome pack / information left for the apartment regards parking details / bins / resort information etc. We arrived and there was a key in the door and that was it. It's a shame because the location and the resort was great. On the plus side we did ring the letting agent when we got there regards a kiddies cot and they came back to us straight away
