Bright apartment with living room with kitchenette with oven and small fridge, double bedroom with single sofa bed, bathroom with shower. The accommodation takes its name from the splendid equipped outdoor area, with spectacular views of the Gulf of Procchio, where you can enjoy lunches and dinners in quiet relaxation. The shared laundry includes 2 washing machines and a sink. It is possible to connect to the Wifi of the neighboring house, it is not a strong signal but it is present.
