Disappointing

Firstly, our villa was not the one advertised on the website; that was next door. Outside space was much smaller than appears in the photos as was the pool. Inside was comfortable and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The house keeper was delightful. Areas of the villa are already showing signs of wear- kitchen cupboards, loo seats. Twice, we could not open the front door as the locking system was stiff, we had to call the manager. In addition, unfortunately the sister villa which is directly next door was very noisy, playing loud music in the day and the evening. On days they were out, it was peaceful.

You absolutely did indeed take the villa you booked which was Alexandros, and there is even a sign at the entrance of the villa indicating it. In regards to the villa next to yours, as you may appreciate we clearly mention in our listing that the villa is part of a complex where two identical villas are located. If we were aware that there was disturbance we would have been delighted to be of immediate assistance.
