Villa Capri is a beautiful and welcoming residence, equipped with every comfort and designed to offer a relaxing and elegant stay in the heart of the island of Capri.
The villa enjoys a breathtaking view and a strategic position , a few minutes walk from the crystalline beaches of Marina Piccola and about 10 minutes from the famous Piazzetta di Capri , perfectly combining tranquility and centrality.
The property offers spectacular views of the Faraglioni , the island's iconic symbol, and the suggestive bay of Marina Piccola. The proximity to the sea helps to create a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere, ideal for an unforgettable vacation.
The spacious and bright interiors include 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single) and 3 bathrooms , two of which are particularly spacious . The living area consists of a large living room with sofa, TV and dining table, accompanied by a fully equipped kitchen , designed to ensure maximum comfort.
Outside, Villa Capri has a large panoramic terrace , furnished with two dining tables , deckchairs and outdoor sofas, perfect for outdoor lunches, moments of relaxation or aperitifs at sunset. The outdoor spaces are completed by an outdoor shower , a garden with lemon trees and an ancient well , which adds a touch of authentic Mediterranean charm.
The entrance to the villa is located directly on the main road that leads to the beaches of Marina Piccola ( Via Marina Piccola 41 ), ensuring convenient and immediate access.
Please note that a supplement of €200 is required for final cleaning upon check-in.
The swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th. The rate also includes 2 hours of daily housekeeping service, as well as a dedicated concierge service provided by My Villa Collection.
