Located on the second floor of Villa Alberico, Suite - T Terrace features a large marble terrace offering a panoramic view of the sea, stretching from Forte dei Marmi to Palmaria Island, directly across from Portovenere. From a spacious entry hall, you can access the four main areas: a master bedroom, the dining room with a wall-mounted kitchenette, a spacious living room with two sofas, and the master bathroom. The master bedroom also features an en suite bathroom with a small hallway. The space is the result of an extensive restoration project that revitalised the villa using natural materials, while preserving the integrity of the building—which has been designated by Italian government agencies as “significant for its historical and architectural heritage.” The plasterwork is made of traditional lime, and the floors are solid oak. The “kitchen” features an original early 20th-century terrazzo tile floor that forms a beautiful floral “carpet-style” pattern. The furnishings include original pieces and exclusive designs. In the living room, an antique Murano chandelier with 10 transparent glass arms serves as the central light source. The interior doors and windows are original pieces from the early 20th century, featuring a triple-pane design with French plaster, wooden shutters, and sliding curtains on the inside. The two bathrooms, both equipped with a bathtub and shower, feature large-format white Carrara marble walls and flooring in pastel colours.
One wall in the living room is set up as a small kitchen with a refrigerator and cupboard. There is a vintage dining table with three legs and six Norwegian, triangular-shaped chairs. A kettle with a tea and coffee set, including cups, is available for guests.
