It is located 500 m from the sandy beach "Playa de Punta Candor" and is located in an ideal area for families and close to shops and restaurants.

It has an elevator, garden, fenced plot, 12 m² of terrace, iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, paddle tennis court, electric heating radiators, communal pool, garage in the same building, 1 TV.

The kitchen is independent, with a ceramic hob, and is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, sandwich maker and kettle.

🆔📄 Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Junta de Andalucía Decree 28/2016 on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

🔑 For the delivery of keys we will offer you a contact telephone number when confirming the reservation. If key collection takes place after 10:00 p.m., there will be a supplement of €25 that must be paid in cash upon arrival at the accommodation, check the conditions with the host before your arrival.

Un apartamento perfecto.

Nos gustó mucho el apartamento. Buenos muebles, bien decorado y todo estaba allí. Estamos pensando en volver aquí. No puedo pensar en ningún aspecto negativo.
