Family holiday beach and more
The house was ideal for our family 4 adults and 4 children the garden give the children plenty of space to play various they'd brought the beaches were easy to reach a few minutes in the car or for the more energetic 10 to 15 mins stroll. The villages near by Kilmuckridge and Blackwater ideal for shopping with friendly bars and resteraunt. Was an ideal location for exploring county's wexford and Wicklow we went to Blackwater and KIA ora open farms which the kids loved.

Tinnaberna Lodge
Fine size house. Fine kitchen/living space. Comfortable beds/furnishings. Plenty of crockery/cutlery/pots & pans. Nice collection of dvds and a box of toys for the kids. Property description needs emending e.g. a) 1 downstairs toilet. 1 family bathroom with bath and shower unit. 1 en suite in the large bedroom. b) It is more than one kilometer to the beach along a narrow, winding country lane. A final vacuuming/dusting down on the day of our arrival would have removed the many cobwebs/spiders from the downstairs bedroom. Poor flow of water to showers. The entrance is quite sloped and offers poor view, left and right, of the winding road outside. The fence around the garden is electrified. Our two year old grandson got a shock from it, as did his father when he went to check the source of his child's upset. We had been given no warning of the state of the fence and the trauma of the very upset child affected us all deeply. We reported the problem on the Monday of our week's stay and had to live with it unresolved for the rest of our time there.
