Private intimate villa in the heart of Tuscany
This villa of 100 sqm was recently renovated and consists of two floors.
It can accommodate up to 4 people, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
All rooms come with air-conditioning. Free WIFI throughout the Property.
The ground floor comprises a bright, well-furnished living room with sofas, fireplace, and a small well equipped kitchen.
Two comfortable double bedrooms on two floors, both provided with wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with walkin shower.
The outdoor area includes a beautiful garden with lawn and a wooden porch with a nice area to enjoy your evenings and mornings.
The Villa is part of Querciafelice estate, 7 hectares property with a beautiful infinity pool 25sqm and a tennis playground.
The pool is open only during summer time till late September.
For full exclusivity and privacy we recommend to rent our also Villa Gelso, 5 bedrooms - 4 double and one single.
The Villa is 30 minutes driving from Porto Ercole, Tuscany seaside.
Main airport is Rome - Leonardo da Vinci (1h 30 minutes), 20 minutes driving from Terme di Saturnia, wellness waters and 18 golf hole course.
