The villa, finely furnished with style and comfort, is composed of 3 bedrooms with air conditioning (2 double bedrooms with bathroom, one bedroom with end suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds have a nearby bathroom, the 3rd bathroom with shower it is outside next to a beautiful equipped kitchen and living room with Dolby surround and wifi, designer lamps, plus a large veranda where guests can eat en plein air thanks to the lovely Mediterranean-style outdoor kitchen.
In the evening guests can dine and relax enjoying the wonderful barbecue and the spectacle of the sky and stars.
The house is ideal for enjoying a stay in full Sicilian spirit. Located in a strategic position to visit the most beautiful beaches in the area and the baroque cities of Noto, Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Syracuse, Marzamemi. They are full of restaurants and bars where you can taste the specialties of Sicilian cuisine.

Just 2 km away is the beautiful center of Pozzallo with its restaurants, pizza, cocktail bars along the beach, nice shops and supermarkets.
