With a lovely location at the end of a road, this 123 m2 exciting cottage is located in a large garden with many opportunities for ball games on the well-landscaped lawn. The house itself consists of a porch and from there access to a very large dining room / living room. With open connection to the dining room / living room, you will find the kitchen with all equipment and i.a. American refrigerator, etc. there are three very large rooms, each with a double bed and 2 beautiful bathrooms. There is underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathrooms. Furthermore, large garage. There are only approx. 500 m to the water, and in the immediate vicinity is the very idyllic Gershøj harbor, where Gershøj Kro is also located. In front of the inn there is a small, family-friendly beach. From the beach or pier you can swim out to a pontoon where children and happy souls can jump in the clear water. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
