Ocean View is a beautiful apartment located only a stones throw from the sands of Saltburn beach and a few minutes’ walk to the centre of town. Sleeping up to two guests in the master bedroom Ocean View is ideal for couples looking for a peaceful escape. Featuring a rich colour palette, modern interiors and a lovely outlook to the sea, this apartment is the perfect retreat by the sea.

The Space:
Ocean View has a beautiful open plan kitchen, living and dining space. Featuring plush velvet and rich blue tones, this space is comfortable yet luxurious. The perfect spot to unwind, you can relax on the sofa in front of the TV or enjoy a romantic meal at the dining table in the large bay window. The modern high gloss kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays so you can prepare home cooked meals easily during your visit. Please note that the sofa can be made into a sofa bed if requested prior to your stay,

The apartment has a stylish master bedroom with a king size bed. Featuring a flat screen TV and premium bedding, this is the ideal space to enjoy long, lazy mornings. The second bed is a double sofa bed located in the living room. This can be made up for your arrival upon request.

With dove grey wall tiles, vintage style flooring and a large walk in shower, the luxurious look continues to the bathroom. It is complete with a WC and basin.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

There is on-street parking just outside the apartment and on nearby streets, no permit is needed.

The Neighborhood:
Ocean View is located just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of the charming Victorian Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea on the North Yorkshire coast.

Located near the shops, bars, bistros and restaurants, with the beach and lower promenade just steps away. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance.

Saltburn has plenty of beautiful walks too. The Valley Gardens are a maze of paths and tracks which wind through the flowers and woodland. If you want to explore further, The Cleveland Way National Trail is over 100 miles long and Saltburn is included. If you fancy a 17.5 mile jaunt, start at Saltburn and walk your way to Sandsend. This walk is a great way to explore the North Yorkshire coastline and the views are truly stunning.

Getting Around:
Ocean View is within walking distance of all that Saltburn has to offer and within 30 minutes’ drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Middlesbrough and the North Yorkshire Moors.

Saltburn Train Station is a short walk away and has routes to Longbeck, Redcar, Middlesbrough and Darlington with connecting trains to Newcastle, York, Leeds, Manchester and London.

There are plenty of bus routes throughout Saltburn. Hop on the Arriva North East route and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Staithes, Runswick Bay and Whitby. The Moorsbus route has drop offs at Newton Under Roseberry, Great Ayton, Stokesley and Helmsley.
