Nice flat in a good location.

Overall a good stay in a well-located flat. Was able to walk to many attractions and there were some nice pubs and restaurants nearby. Cleaners forgot to leave clean towels, but we were able to sort that out within a few hours. Ylber was easy to communicate with. The main living room is bright and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes. The furniture in the master bedroom could use an upgrade and the master bath shower is very small - probably not practical for a bigger person. Many steep stairs, so be aware if you are older or have small children. Overall a good stay - some upgrades to the furniture and linens would make this a 5-star property.

Great Stay in London

Loved the location! Near coffee shops, restaurants, and a few pubs. Short walk to victoria station. Only downside for some would be the number of stairs with luggage and lack of towels. We made it work. Would stay here again.

London family trip

Great London stay. Flat was well appointed and close to tube as well as many of the main sights. Felt very safe at all times of day as I often went out exploring and came back late. Washer/dryer was key and neighborhood was quiet at night allowing for sleep. Netflix was appreciated for the kid along for the ride. Would stay again.
