Housing Maria is situated only 150 meters from the beach. It is a large charming 2 bedroom housing with private pool and roof terrace The housing offers two bedrooms one of them with bathroom en suite, and a separate bathroom for the other bedroom... fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, sofas, TV, and internet access... chill out area, a large barbecue, sun loungers... A real highlight of this property is its sunny roof terrace with beautiful views to the sea. The swimming pool is heated all year round except June, July and August, except on request at extra cost.

Home from home

The villa is very comfortable and feels like a home.The owners have provided everything you could need for your stay and the location is so close to the sea and easy walking distance from the restaurants, shops and bars. The outside areas are spacious and there is a great choice of where to sit, with beautiful views from the rooftop terrace. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. I would recommend this property to anyone wishing to truly relax on holiday.

Highly recommended

We had an awesome time, the house is very nicely smd thoughtfully furnished. The beach is only a short two minute walk away. Parking is possible comfortably right in front of the house, supermarkets and surf rentals are close by. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating! We will be back!

Lovely villa

The villa was immaculate, and the extra touches, meant there was everything you could need and more. The 360 degree views from the rooftop sun terrace were great. A street up from the beach and a short walk to the main strip, or around €4 in a taxi at night. All communication from the host was easy. Highly recommended.

Lovely house with a perfect view

We stayed 12 days in this gorgeous house and loved every minute of it. The view, the heated pool, the different possibilities to enjoy the sun and the short ways to beach, shopping and restaurants made our stay a wonderful and relaxing experience. Communication with the host was absolutely friendly, welcoming and fast, thank you Maria :) the goodies for christmas and new years eve were a sweet add-on. Will come back for sure and can absolutely recommend this place.

Excellent location, close to local beach and town.

Villa spotlessly clean, owner provided lots of accessories ie.. coffee maker, juicer, just everything you’d need in kitchen. Bathrooms had shower gel, shampoo, shower scrubs. Plenty cleaning material’s throughout villa. Owner also provided welcome pack..wine, nuts, biscuits. Overall fantastic villa. Would definitely return.

EVEN BETTER THAN BEFORE :)

Villa Maria is just wonderful! So So clean and it just smells lovely. I love the additional touches, cleaning puffs in the bathroom, cleaning wipes, face wipes, dishwasher tablets... There are now ceiling fans in both bedrooms which make a great difference - (remote control). We used one of the beach umbrellas which made a much more comfortable beach visit. There is always a shady space to be found - which was important for us as there was hardly any wind while we were there! Brilliant location, Campanario so close! Many thanks to Miguel and Maria. ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!

Perfect villa, perfect location

We have stayed in many villas in Corralejo over the years but villa Maria is by far the best to date. The villa was very clean and the welcome pack was a nice touch. The kitchen is very well equipped with premium appliances including a dishwasher with washing tablets included. There was a large selection of utensils, pots & pans everything that you could possibly need, making this an ideal home from home. The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable beds and there was safe included in the main bedroom. The main bedroom also has an en-suite which was very spacious and well laid out. The bathroom was very clean and there was also packs that included sun creams, soaps, a sewing kit & a medical bag including antiseptic wipes, bandages, bite & sting cream etc.The outside space was amazing with 2 couches with a coffee table along with an outside kitchen, BBQ & washing machine. The pool was an added bonus, ideal for a much needed cool down. The roof solarium was excellent with four loungers to lay back and soak up the sun, but the piste de resistance was the upper viewing area with a large couch, from here you have 360 views of Corralejo including the harbour and the isla de lobos where you could watch the sunrise & sunset.If there was one thing that we would have preferred, it would be the addition of air conditioning, especially in the bedrooms, however there are large ceiling fans in both bedrooms which did help. We would highly recommend this villa and hope to return very soon.

Amazing view

Wir waren das 6. mal in Corralejo. Es war die bisher beste Villa auch wenn es einige Abstriche gab, aber wir kommen definitiv wieder. Positiv ist die Villa im allgemeinen, sie war sehr sauber und die Lage und der Ausblick waren perfekt. Uns hat es ein wenig an Geschirr und Küchenausstattung gemangelt, da wir viel selber kochen. Absolut gernervt waren wir von Hundegebell über zum Teil Stunden vom direkten Nachbarn mit 2 Hunden aus Hausnummer 48.

Beautiful Villa Maria

Myself and my husband had a wonderful 2 weeks stay in this wonderful home. It was ideally situated for bars restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. The outside areas were stunning with multiple seating areas a lovely little heated pool and BBQ area which we made good use of with the fantastic weather we had. Communication with Maria the letting agent and the owner Miguel was easy and straightforward and we were very grateful to be able to check out a little later to correspond with our flight home. The views from the top sea view terrace were stunning and great for watching the ferries and boats and general people watching. All the basics and more were provided with lots of lovely touches including toiletries wipes shampoo soap etc, We would not hesitate to return to Villa Maria and thank you Miguel for a fantastic stay x

FANTASTIC VILLA

Our stay at Villa Maria was perfect. The villa is the cleanest we've ever stayed in! Fantastic warm pool, 2 higher terraces were amazing - so clean. The Kitchen was kitted out brilliantly - everything we needed, all very good quality. Perfect location for the beach and El Campanario Centre for the supermarket and a range of restaurants. We were thrilled with our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending the villa to anyone. One last thing, Miguel, the owner is absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough for us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. :)

Villa Maria

A really great place to stay, ideal location for beach, shops or the town. A well appointed villa with every thing you need for a holiday. The host was very helpfull and we would be happy to stay there again.
