From Polis, travel just a few minutes along the beautiful Argaka coastline to this gorgeous villa set in beautiful gardens with its own private pool and view of the sea. The villa is equipped with A/C and ceiling fans throughout.
If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, this 3 bedroom villa is ideal, set on a small private residential development only 150 metres from the sea and a mere 3 km to the nearest beach bar/restaurant with the town of Polis with its shops, bars and restaurants only a 10 minute drive away.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms, the master has balcony with sea views, a king size bed and en-suite and the two further bedrooms both have twin beds There is family bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom.
The large open plan living area has a comfortable seating area with TV, which has UK channels and DVD player as well as Wi-Fi. The dining area has seating for 6 and the open plan kitchen offers everything you would want in a modern kitchen including a dishwasher.
There are double patio doors from the lounge leading to a covered patio area with dining table and chairs to enjoy dining alfresco. There is also a BBQ for those wishing to show off their BBQ skills.
The pool and pool area is complete with sun loungers and parasols to laze away the beautiful sunny days in this lovely part of Cyprus.
