Amorgos the olive garden above the sea II

Located in the picturesque seaside settlement of Xylokeratidi, our accommodation provides peace, quietness and inspiration alongside with an amazing view of the sea and the port. The house , designed by the Amorgos Architects team, consists of two floors and can accommodate up to four persons. As usual with the team, great care has been taken that all materials and appliances are eco-friendly

From our house you can walk on the beautiful neighbourhood of Xylokeratidi, where you can find restaurants and cafes by the sea, stroll along the beautiful beach of the Katapola bay, admiring the sunset and reach the main village in just 500 meters.

A walkable distance from the house is the sandy beach of Maltezi and the amazing rocky spot of the church Agios Panteleimonas. There you can have a refreshing swim on beautiful clear waters in just a 10-15 min. walk.

Entering the ground floor , you will find a kitchen fully equiped (cooker with oven, fridge with deep freezer, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, dishes, cooking tools, silverware, etc.) and a living space with a built-in sofa (two people can optionally sleep there), flat screen TV, sound system, A.C., ceiling fan. At the same level there is also a toilet-bathroom with a walk-in shower. The balcony door in the living room leads to the outdoor sitting area with a small garden which provides a great view of the bay. Just a few steps and you can jump in the crystal waters of the Aegean sea.

The spiral staircase will guide you from the ground floor to the first. There you will find a bedroom with a king-size bed and access to the balcony . The amazing view to the Katapola bay invites you for endless hours of relaxation. The first floor has its own toilet-bathroom designed with finesse.
