A newly renovated studio flat with a separate entrance, private garden and a terrace to relax.
The property is located 200 metres from the seafront, 100 metres from the high street with a bus stop, shops and bars.
There is a good bus service - 15 mins ride to the centre of Brighton and 30 mins ride to the National Trust Seven Sisters Country Park.
A beautiful undercliff walk with spectacular views starts at the local beach.
The flat is located at the ground floor of our house. Its has a completely separate entrance, private terrace and a private garden

A very pleasant experience
The apartment is very tidy and clean, and quite modernly decorated, with even Amazon assistant which you can use to adjust the heating. The owner is very hospitable, leaving wine beer and some other drinks and cheese in the fridge. The only thing we think that would be better to have is shampoo and kitchen foil. Other than that, really have nothing to complain. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay!

Clean and modern, but not suitable for all.
We saw Ground Floor Garden Flat and thought this was the one. We saw 'Not Wheelchair Accessible' which was ok, but no mention of steps down to property or the fact you need to crawl into the bedroom area if you are tall. Also I had to kneel and crouch to use the shower. So, although clean and modern, it is not suitable for old people, tall people or those with mobility issues. This info needs to be on the property description on the first page.

Ideal base for exploring south coast
Ideal location for a south coast stay, an hour’s flat walk to Brighton marina, ( with many restaurants, cinema, shops etc), with a further half hours walk into Brighton city centre ( frequent buses are also available, nearest bus stop 250 metres from property). The property was as described, very quiet and peaceful.We used the property as a base to explore the south coast towards Eastbourne around the Beachy Head, South Downs national park area.
