Wonderful apartment in great location

Apartment was great and the location was exactly what we were hoping for. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted and metro was easy to access. Space was great for our family of four. Had a hiccup checking in but was quickly resolved with a phone call to management. They were very responsive and solved issue quickly. Tons of shopping and restaurants and markets within 5 minutes walking. Would absolutely stay again and recommend.

Check in was a challenge. Getting the “boarding pass” on line based on the link took 45 minutes and multiple calls to the mgmt company. Had to go to another location to get the keys with 2 separate passwords and a set of 6 keys when only 2 were needed. Apartment was very nice, comfortable and clean. Had to get maintenance to set the AC but they came right away. No instructions for the washer/dryer but AI helped a bit. Elevator to the top floor was a nice touch. Electronic locks would be a great addition.

Wonderful apartment in Chueca

Fantastic property, stylish, roomy and quiet, yet, in the middle of Chueca with access to great bars and restaurants. Easy check in and check out, we will definitely stay here again!
