• This stylish and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-new bathroom apartment (80m²) is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful Victorian building.
Air conditioned in all rooms.

• IMPORTANT: The lift only goes to the 2nd floor. Guests must walk up one flight of stairs to access the apartment.

The apartment was refreshed in 2026, with both bathrooms completely renovated & AC installed.

• The master bedroom includes an en-suite and the rarely found UK Super King Size bed - 180x200cm ( 6’x 6’6”), while the second bedroom offers a UK King-size bed - 150x200cm ( 5’ x 6’ 6”), ensuring ultimate comfort during your stay.

For added convenience, a sofa bed with full bedding is provided, offering additional sleeping space.

From Paddington, you can take the Heathrow Express, Elizabeth Line, or National Rail to reach Heathrow Airport in under 30 minutes.

• The Natural History Museum, the Royal Albert Hall, and Harrods are all less than a mile away, making for a pleasant 20-minute walk through Hyde Park. Kensington Palace is even closer, just a short 10-minute stroll from the apartment.

Lovely property in the perfect location

This property was fantastic! The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed (and more). The location was close to 3 underground stations and many restaurants/stores. Gordana was so helpful upon our arrival and responded quickly to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to see the sites of London.

A great Holiday stay!

This property was fantastic for our family's Christmas in London. Plenty of room for 4 adults and a toddler. The host greeted us at check in, and was very responsive leading up to and during our stay. The flat is in a perfect location to access Hyde Park, Lancaster Gate tube and there were lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We had plenty of space to host 8 for Christmas dinner too. Would highly recommend!

Everything was great! Previous guests were late checking out so were not able to get into the unit after our long flight from the US. But that was the only kink. Plenty of space, very convenient for the tube and bus, and lots of great restaurants nearby.

Spacious apartment in a good location

We enjoyed our stay in this bright and spacious apartment. We appreciated the proximity to Hyde park which allowed us to quickly escape the hustle and bustle of London. Please note that the listing of King size beds applies to European, not American, sizing standards, and the listed amenity of dryer refers to a hair dryer not a clothes dryer. We would have appreciated slightly more complete and updated kitchen equipment as we did cook during our stay.

Perfect place in London!

Our family of 5 recently stayed here for 4 days in June. The flat was spacious, comfortable and clean. Exactly as pictured. Having 2 bathrooms for 5 people was a huge plus! Gordana was so easy to communicate with & responded quickly to our requests. Check in was a breeze with the keys available in a lock box right at the door. When we needed extra towels we received them right away. The coffee pods & teas provided were so handy to get out mornings started or for a quick unwind after a long day of seeing the sights. The elevator was great to negotiate getting our luggage up, keep in mind there is still another flight of stairs after. But our teenagers helped with that!

Excellent stay in convenient location

The apartment is as shown on pictures. Extremely clean, beds are firm but comfy, lots of towels nicely heated by the bathroom heated towel rack. Kitchen is small but gets everything you need. We went to the grocery store to get bread and juices and took all our breakfasts to the apartment as there was tea and coffee. It's conveniently located right above Hyde Park, 5 min walk from Lancaster Gate subway station on the red line. Lots of bus stops too at walking distance. Didn't struggle to find a cab the day of our departure either. There are mostly short term rentals in this neighborhood and you may come across careless neighbors the time of your stay. Ours spent their whole day smoking weed in their apartment and there was a lingering smell of weed in the hallways. Gordana did everything she could to stop them but there is not much you can do with boorish people. Gordana was very responsive as soon as we had a question or request. We would definitely rent again from Gordana. We had a great vacation

Great place in quiet location

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and it worked perfectly for my wife and I along with our son and daughter-in-law. The dining room/living area/kitchen is very spacious. The elegant and stately building, on a quiet side street, is an easy ten minute walk from Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express train. The Lancaster Gate station on the Central Line is barely a five minute walk away. The street and building are the quietest of any place we've seen or stayed in London. Delightful for getting a good night's sleep (although I would have appreciated softer pillows). It is one block from Hyde Park and a straight shot through the park to the Science, Natural History, and Victoria - Albert museums. A decent grocery store and lots of restaurants are nearby. We mostly got take-out and especially recommend the superb Greek restaurant, Halepi, just down the street. Be aware that the lift is very small and does not go to the top floor. You will have to climb the final flight of stairs to get to the apartment. This was not a problem for us. Overall, this was a wonderful location and exceptionally fine rental. Highly recommended.

Lancaster gate is the ideal location. Gordana could not have been more helpfull!

The location was ideal, close to the tube amd Kensington Gardens. The layout was very comfortable, and we had breakfast in and if some take out dinners in the dining room. I would recommend ot. We enjoyed our stay.
