Inside, the property features box spring beds, a fully equipped professional kitchen, a sauna, and a private swimming pool with breathtaking views. Guests can enjoy the terrace, barbecue, and courtyard for outdoor living. Free Wi-Fi and on-site parking add convenience. Festive events, student parties, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted, and the exact composition of your group must be confirmed with the owner before arrival to ensure a peaceful and respectful stay.

A security deposit of EUR 300,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
