A super, 1 bedroom 8th floor apartment in Block A of the Edificio Skol, with two terraces giving amazing sea views. This lovely apartment is west facing with uninterrupted sea views to Puerto Banus, Gibraltar and the coast of Africa. It is surrounded by bars, restaurants, public transport, supermarkets, etc., such that a car is not necessary.

There is a bright lounge / dining room with doors to the main terrace, fitted kitchen with serving hatch. The spacious bedroom has twin beds and doors to the second terrace also with the same incredible views. Plenty of wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom. Both terraces have sun blinds.

🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

❄ Private A/C in the bedroom and the living room.

🏊‍♀️ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.

Love this place , location was second to none . Right on the beach no 803 was best place in Marbella to watch the sunset from our own balcony . Markets within close walking distance as well as very good restaurants. Would def stay again

With views across the Mediterranean to the Rif Mountains of Morocco and a selection of stylish beach bars at which to enjoy a relaxing drink, it is a particularly attractive way to watch the world go by. Furthermore, Marbella has an extraordinary selection of beachfront properties along the seafront.

Stretching from the eastern fringe of Marbella town to Puerto Banús, this stylish walk—known as the Paseo Marítimo—offers the chance to take exercise in an elegant setting. Of course, the concept of a seafront promenade is not something confined to Marbella alone—indeed, most of the towns and cities on the Costa del Sol have one, even if few equal Marbella’s for style and elegance—but now an ambitious project to link them all as part of a 50-kilometer long promenade is well underway.
