Was für eine schöne Aussicht dieses Haus hat. Alles, was Sie brauchen, ist vorhanden, einschließlich Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Im Obergeschoss ist es etwas kleiner und man kann sich aufgrund der Deckenbalken leicht den Kopf stoßen. Aber trotzdem würden wir dieses Haus wieder besuchen. Auch die Gegend ist sehr lohnenswert.

Das Scenic Holiday Home in Fermanville übertraf unsere Erwartungen, Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war atemberaubend, besonders während des Sonnenuntergangs mit einem Glas Wein in der Hand, Der Strand ist nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt, was es perfekt für tägliche Schwimmgänge macht, Außerdem war die Küche gut ausgestattet, was das gemeinsame Kochen zu einem Vergnügen machte, Sehr empfehlenswert für Familien!

Atemberaubende Aussicht

Die Lage des Hauses und vor allem die Aussicht sind klasse. Jeden Abend Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse oder Wohnzimmer aus! Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Es ist sauber und gemütlich. Die Bilder und Beschreibungen im Inserat passen zu 100%. Check-in und Check-out waren äußerst unkompliziert. Alexandre war immer per Mail erreichbar.

Grandiose Aussicht. Viele Wege zum Laufen/Wandern. Sehr frische, reine Seeluft. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Viele Möglichkeiten eine Ausflug zu unternehmen, ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto. Dies Bucht ist hier oben einer der schönsten, mit viele Aussichtpunkten auf die Umgebung. Wir hatten das Glück und konnten eine Flugvorführung und einer Flugschau über Cherbourg mit erleben. In dem Ferienhaus befand sich alles was man benötigt.

Nadat je de auto geparkeerd hebt staat een meter of dertig hoger een heel mooi huis met prachtig uitzicht op zee klaar voor een prachtige vakantie. Alle bagage moet wel via 75 tamelijk ongelijkmatige treden naar boven gesjouwd worden. Een uitdaging vooral als je al met pensioen bent! Het huis is gezellig en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden zijn prima evenals sanitair en keuken.Er is bed en bad linnen aanwezig. De WiFi werkt prima. De eigenaar stuurde een goede routebeschrijving en is bij problemen snel aanwezig. Het enige puntje van kritiek is het buiten meubilair ,dat is niet erg comfortabel en wat gammel. Wij hebben heel wat huizen in Frankrijk gehuurd maar dit huis is qua ligging,uitzicht en gezelligheid de beste van allemaal.

The house is very clean and neat. As vegans we often have to buy new pans when staying in a holiday home (bacon grease often permeates everything thing), so we’re prepared to do so again. But the pans were also spotless. Hurrah! Of course the main plus point of this house is the location. The view is breathtaking. It’s hard to capture on camera, but we tried and have 100’s of pictures to bore family and friends with. The house backs onto a nature reserve with old WWI bunkers and wild horses. Also very much worth exploring.

Geen persoonlijke ontvangst en geen nacontrole. Eigenaar niet gezien. Het huisje ligt op een fantastische locatie, maar daarvoor moet je wel flink traplopen de berg op. Het huisje zelf is erg verouderd en was niet schoon. In de omgeving kun je prachtige routes rijden door dorpjes langs de kust. En de D-Day stranden zijn relatief dichtbij (1,5 uur).

Ein sehr schönes Haus das mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns, dass nun auch eine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einfach traumhaft. Fünf Minuten von Haus entfernt ist ein kleiner Strand, an dem man Baden und Wellenreiten kann. Die nächsten Geschäfte sind ca. 8 Minuten entfernt (Auto). Der Vermieter hat sich schnell auf unsere Anliegen gemeldet und uns schnell und sehr freundlich weitergeholfen. Als wir ankamen war die Wohnung wohl durch die Corona-Krise schon länger nicht mehr bewohnt gewesen, was man am Staub an der ein oder anderen Stelle gemerkt hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn wir mal wider in der Bretagne Urlaub machen. Wer schlecht zu Fuß ist, sollte es sich allerdings nochmals überlegen, da es doch einige Stufen vom Parkplatz zum Haus sind.

Er was niemand maar we hadden wel een mail ontvangen met de routebeschrijving. De sleutel lag onder een steen en er lag ook een briefje met alle gegevens van de eigenaar die we steeds zouden kunnen bereiken. Later kregen we nog een sms met de vraag of alles naar wens was. Dus dat was voor ons prima geregeld. Om het vakantiehuis te bereiken moesten we vele trappen doen (vijftig?). De auto bleef natuurlijk beneden. We moesten dus met al ons gerief naar boven... Maar het huis was leuk ingericht en het terras met zich op zee geweldig. Verder hebben we veel gewandeld langs de kust, een aanrader.
