Property position and views as described.95% occupation by local families.Public access areas suffered daily contamination with dog and cat faeces and sick.The locks on the security gate to the lounge was virtually seized as previously reported. Sliding door simular. Both totally lacked necessary maintenance.15 minutes to force locks.The kitchen had basic equipment. Only two mugs. Broken ancient toaster.Wifi not working on arrival. Had to reset with my extensive IT knowledge.The sofa bed in the living room was well worn with the armrest top collapsed inwards.The storage area underneath needed a good clean.The bathroom suffered continuous paint flaking off the one wall.Bedroom 1 had a basic double bedframe. The mattress was the poorest quality and was not fit for purpose. Bedroom 2 had only one old cot type bed with a pull out drawer frame for second mattress. The bed slats were broken. Not two single beds. Mattresses were thin poor quality foam. Not fit for this use.The roof leaked in rainstorm and had to stop the water runing onto the bed with towel jammed on curtain rail. Evidence of mould on ceiling from long term problem.Other facilites as described on website did not exist. Outside large patio. Table 4 Chairs. 3 Plastc Sunbeds. No jacuzzi and NoHammocksI don't know how it could be described as a Solarium HomeCould not recommend to other potential guests.We are seasoned travellers.3 weeks in 3 properties in Crete in September. All good quality as described

Gracias por su comentario. Lamentamos que su experiencia no haya sido satisfactoria y queremos aclarar algunos puntos:
– El jacuzzi ya no forma parte de los servicios incluidos, y así está indicado actualmente en el anuncio.
– El sofá cama ha sido sustituido recientemente por uno nuevo.
– En cuanto a la cocina, el menaje disponible es más amplio del que menciona (vasos, tazas, platos, cubiertos, etc.).
– Las puertas han sido revisadas y engrasadas tras su comentario, y ya funcionan con normalidad.
– El Wi-Fi funciona correctamente. Desconocemos qué pudo ocurrir a su llegada, ya que no recibimos aviso previo para poder asistirle.
– Respecto al entorno del complejo, suele mantenerse en buen estado, y no hemos recibido quejas similares sobre suciedad en zonas comunes.
Agradecemos sus observaciones, que nos ayudan a seguir mejorando.

It was nice
We enjoyed our stay and the magnificent view over the Atlantic Ocean. It was quiet at night, so we slept very well.
Although there are a lot of restauants quite near the apartment, it was a quiet area for the stay itself.
The swimming-pool was nice, but the water temperature in January was rather cold, but we can understand that.
On arrival we couln't get in directly because there was something wrong with the doorkey. We were a bit annoyed because we we tired after a day's journey. But all is well that ends well, so we got some help after some time. For the rest it was positive.
