A 15th Century farmhouse which has been renovated to an extremely high standard and now offers luxurious and spacious accommodation arranged over two floors. The house is set in an unique location with direct access to the River Wey. The area is famous for wildlife and amazing walks to through the Surrey Hills. The house is presented in a home from home style where we have provided several areas to sit with two large reception rooms and a large dining room for entertaining. The kitchen is the master piece of the house and has been hand built by a award winning carpenter. This room is magnificent with a high ceiling and glass doors which lead onto the river. This area is ideal for entertaining as it is open plan and leads onto the reception area. The newly installed Aga is four oven with an additional electric oven. We have a separate utility room and boot area. The master bedroom is exceptionally large with an ensuite bathroom, there are six further bedrooms (four of which are suites). The house offers much charm with an large open fireplace in the family room. We have a Sonos system in the kitchen and the sitting room off the kitchen and two of the bedroom suites. As the location affords direct access to the river, we have placed two Kayaks for our guests to use and this can offer a great way to use the river and explore the stunning surroundings, often ending up at a Gastro Pub. We have recently added a high end Hot Tub which is located on the decking directly overlooking the river. This is a great way to watch some of the amazing sunsets whilst enjoying a sundowners! the Hot tub seats 6 people.

This property is very special and the views are just wonderful; we have enjoyed many sun downers as a family here - we look forward to sharing this experience with you.
The property is located within easy reach of many scenic walks and trails in the Surrey Hills often through alpine forests which conveniently lead to gastro pubs. As the property is located on the river we provide kayaks, paddle boards and fishing equipment; you can even make your way by boat/paddle board to a good local pub.
We have just recently added a high end hot tub which seats 6 people with built-in bluetooth and mood lighting overlooking the river. This offers our guests a luxurious experience where you can enjoy your favourite tipple whilst watching spectacular sunsets over the water.
