Great stay!

We stayed here for 10 nights, 6 adults and 6 children. Very happy with our stay, the house was great, and the size of property and pool made it not feel crowded with 12 people. Lorenzo was a great host, and always helpful and quick to respond!

Wonderful house with a fantastic pool and very responsive and helpful hosts. Comfortable beds, plenty of space and the table tennis was enjoyed by all. Worth noting that there is no air conditioning downstairs in any of the living areas, this was perhaps more noticeable as we stayed during a heatwave. There was also an area-wide issue with the WiFi during our stay which whilst outwith the host’s control, meant we were without internet for almost a week. Unfortunately even when this fault was repaired, we found the WiFi signal to be really quite poor. Otherwise we enjoyed a lovely family holiday here.

Great family holiday

Super property and very attentive host. Property is very large and well equipped. Set on a hill it has fantastic views and makes the most of the setting with sun trap / pool and beautiful tended gardens. We had great weather in late September and travelled daily to Rime for the Ryder cup which was about 1hr by car. Wider towns have restaurants and food / markets and not plagued by tourists

Perfect for a family gathering

This was a beautiful and comfortable home. A thoughtful approach was obvious as we discovered indoor and outdoor toys and a rather fancy red motorbike! The difference between good and excellent is always the size of the bath towels thank you Lorenzo

Italian vacation

We had a lovely holiday in this beautiful villa for 2 weeks. The accommodation was perfect with a/c in the bedrooms which was essential as it was 90+ degrees every day. The swimming pool was perfect and the children spent most of their time in it. Senor Laurenzo was always available for any questions we might have. He gave us the name of a wonderful chef Noce. She Cooked for us on 3 nights which was excellent! We thoroughly recommend this villa and we hope to come back!

Great holidays in a beautiful surroundings

I usually do not write reviews unless a property is really great or really bad. In this case almost everything was fantastic. The villa is very comfortable, easy to live in, very practical and arranged with a great taste. We had some issues with electricity but everything was taken care by our host almost immediately. The pool was top class and probably I have not stayed in any other house/villa with such great pool. Three families with children spent two great weeks there.

Natale in Sabina

Ci siamo trovati benissimo!!!

Esperienza assolutamente consigliata!
