The condominium has a contemporary language, is served with a private parking for each apartment in a garage, and is in perfect harmony with the surroundings.
It features a garden, two private condominium pools, activities such as ping-pong, snooker and table football.
It also has two washing machines in the garage for use of the condominium for free.
There is the possibility of the pool being heated, upon prior request from customers.
Eleven T2 are available for rent, with two bathrooms, one in an en suite, and the other is a family bathroom.

Appt L is a two bedroom appartment with views over the garden and town, on the first floor, it's acessible via the stairs on the right by the garage and is situated on the west side, away from the main entrance.
