Villa Meltemi is a modern 140m² cycladic villa in a plot of 5,000m², 100 meters from a small sandy beach.
The large sand beaches of Plaka and Mikri Vigla are just a few minutes walking distance. Naxos town (Chora) and the port are at about 15 minutes driving distance.
The villa, surrounded by nice natural gardens, has two floors which open out on to stone terraces and verandas with pergolas and beautiful sea views and is built to high standards, with marble floors throughout.

Sea view villa

The villa is in a lovely quiet location with sea views. My only criticism would be that the listing says air conditioning but it is only in the lounge, which we did not use. The bedrooms therefore were very hot. A saw on the photo that the outdoor dining table was not good quality so took a table cloth with us.

Wir möchten es eigentlich nicht empfehlen.. . eine tolle, komfortable Unterkunft, erfüllt alle Erwartungen, toller Blick über das Meer und den Strand, naheliegende Strände, unkomplizierte Vermieter,!! Alles tipptopp!!!!

Logement très confortable idéalement situé

Maison très spacieuse, à proximité de belles plages tranquilles, fraîche, et avec super vue sur la mer. Bien équipée pour se faire la cuisine et profiter des belles terrasses. Douche extérieure, lave-linge, lave vaisselle, tout pour vivre confortablement. Recommandée sans modération !
