Villa Skiathos Beta is one of three independent villas set in an elevated position on Koumarorachi hill, offering spectacular views of the sparkling blue sea at Agia Paraskevi and Troulos bays on the beautiful island of Skiathos. Built with Skiathian stone and a minimalist design, it is the perfect retreat for guests seeking privacy, tranquility and comfort. The villa is well suited to couples, families and groups of friends who want to enjoy time together in a luxurious yet relaxed environment. A highlight of the property is the private swimming pool of 50 sqm, designed to make the most of the island’s breathtaking views.

The villa is located just 1 km from the sea and 500 metres from the main road of Skiathos, easily accessible by a short track road. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure a high standard of comfort and style, with the overall atmosphere combining modern elegance and a warm, welcoming ambience.

Villa Skiathos Beta sits directly in front of the private pool and is comprised of two detached luxury suites, each with its own entrance and a spacious shared outdoor sitting area that looks out over the sea. Each suite measures 30 sqm and is equipped with a double bedroom, air conditioning, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, bathroom with shower, safe deposit box, bathroom amenities, HI-FI stereo and Flat Smart TV. The interiors are tastefully decorated with a blend of simplicity and sophistication, while screened windows and free Wi-Fi add to the convenience and comfort of your stay.

The outdoor areas are particularly charming, with lush gardens filled with Mediterranean herbs, vibrant bougainvilleas, olive and fig trees. Guests will love the tranquil hillside setting, surrounded by pines and greenery, with sweeping sea and mountain views. Pool towels are provided for your convenience, and the overall atmosphere ensures a relaxed and memorable holiday experience.

We were a party of 2 couples , we each had a villa room each opposite each other consisting of a very well equipped gallery kitchen, bathroom with powerful shower and bedroom. The villa comes with an excellent private pool and a view to die for

Perfekte Location mit fantastischer Aussicht

Unsere Unterkunft (Villa B) bestand aus zwei Zimmern (unten links und rechts) mit Bad (mit Fenster) und Kitchenette (super ausgestattet) und Klimaanlage. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. TV haben wir nicht benutzt. Ausreichend Schränke, im Bad etwas wenig Ablage. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag von einer sehr netten Dame (Maria?) gereinigt. Handtücher alle zwei Tage gewechselt. Insgesamt sehr sauber. Zwischen den Zimmern der Outdoor Essbereich. Unser Lieblingsplatz. Immer im Schatten und luftig. Das Beste ist der große private Pool mit der spektakulären Aussicht. Sehr bequeme Liegen inkl. Poolhandtüchern. Philippos hat uns an der Mietwagenstation am Hafen abgeholt und ist vorgefahren. Ca 15 Minuten, zum Schluss eine unbefestigte, etwas steilere Straße. Wir empfehlen für die Insel Allrad (hatten wir nicht), da es gerade zu den Stränden im Norden einige unbefestigte, steile Straßen gibt. Philippos hat uns prima Tipps für die Insel gegeben und auch eine Restaurantreservierung gemacht. Er war immer online, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Während unseres Aufenthalts wohnte er mit seiner Tochter da (obere Etage), wir haben nichts davon mitbekommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe, wir empfehlen wegen der Preise aber den großen Supermarkt in Skiathos. Super Strandrestaurant: Sklithri, unser Lieblingsstrand: Small Vasilias. Bootsverleih: Skiathos Boat&Hire (Stefanos) in Vasilias (fußläufig) Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100 Prozent empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder.
