Vacation home 'Cozy' on Cox's Farm

The "Gezellig" holiday home is a separate unit within the "De Coxse Boerderij" group accommodation and is suitable for families and groups of 4–23 people. The spacious living room offers plenty of room for children and teens to play and relax. There’s also internet access and a projector for a cosy film night.

The farmhouse features modern furnishings with a rustic touch. Cleanliness and good hygiene are our top priorities.

In March 2025, a new modern kitchen with a cooking island and a bar was installed. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook for 25 people: 2 refrigerators, a freezer, an XL hob, an XL oven, and a dishwasher. There is ample kitchenware for 25 people, including large pots and extra baking dishes.

The holiday home has been renovated in a modern farmhouse style and features a warm and cosy interior suitable for groups or families year-round. There is also a spacious private patio and garden, complete with a fire pit and party lights. Since 2024, there has been a “BBQ pavilion” that includes an outdoor refrigerator for drinks. Perfect for a BBQ or a cosy evening. A tripod or gas barbecue is available upon request.

- Bedding is available for rent for 7.50 euros per person.
- A gas BBQ can be rented for 15 euros.
- Available on-site: table tennis table, shuffleboard, and projector.
- Activity equipment rentals and workshops are available: Bamboo Tower Building, Mosaic Workshop, Jewelry-Making Workshop, or Nail Art. Ask about the options.
- In the mood for ice cream? You can reserve a staffed ice cream bike. 1 euro per scoop.
- Next to the accommodation is a restaurant with a year-round terrace: Koks Gemert.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM
Check-out on Sundays is 2:00 PM (10:00 AM on other days)
