A total disaster
Malaga Centro had great communication prior to the trip, but the key they left for us in the lockbox did NOT open the apartment. We called them and no one answered and the door would not budge with the key that they left us. We ended up having to book a new place to stay in the middle of the night with a whole family in tow. Malaga Centro also refused to reimburse us even though we were not able to get into the apartment at all with the key that they left. It was extremely disappointing.
