Siamo stati divinamente e la location di Anna è da consigliare a chiunque ami una vacanza al mare. Un soggiorno fantastico che si contraddistingue con immagini dove il mare è il protagonista con il suo sottofondo che ti accompagna dalla dalla mattina alla sera .... l'appartamento è perfetto e non manca niente.. ed è tutto perfettamente curato! Ci sono tre balconi , di cui una terrazza attrezzata fronte mare che offre la possibilità di cene al chiaro di luna. Il mare è ai tuoi piedi, a circa 50 metri dalla casa. Io il prossimo anno ci ritornerò sicuramente. Ho scoperto un paradiso!

Wohlfühloase

Unser Aufenthalt in Annas Wohnung war eine absolute Wohltat. Einrichtung und Umgebung sind exakt wie im Inserat beschrieben und werden den Fotos mehr als gerecht. In der Küche hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten unseren Mietwagen vor dem Gebäude parken. Die Kommunikation mit Anna verlief schnell und herzlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und konnten die Ruhe und den Ausblick sehr genießen! Vielen lieben Dank!

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Lage

Wunderschöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in bester Lage, sehr ruhig und direkt am Meer. Angekommen und direkt wohl gefühlt! Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin immer optimal, zeitnahe Antworten und sie ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

Einfach wunderbar die Lage und Ausstattung

Eine sehr schöne , komplett eingerichtete Wohnung , mit super Blick auf das Meer , nur wenige Meter zum Schwimmen erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin sehr aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. . Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen , es lohnt sich !

Was für ein wunderschöner Ausblick...

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Alles da, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist mega. Jeden Morgen 20 m bis zum Wasser und im glasklaren Wasser schwimmen... toll! Nach Pula ist es nicht weit und nach Cagliari eigentlich auch nicht. Der Kontakt mit Frau Lichtner war sehr sehr nett. Vielen Dank für alles. Gerne wieder!!!

Wohlfühlwohnung

Wenn man die Seele baumeln lassen will, ist die Wohnung von Anna nur zu empfehlen. An der Ausstattung der Wohnung hat nichts gefehlt. Sie ist modern und sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung haben wir wie im Inserat beschrieben vorgefunden. Der persönliche Kontakt mit Anna war einfach und unkompliziert. Bei einem kleinen Problem in der Wohnung war sie sofort zur Stelle und hat alles organisiert. Wir können das Appartement und die Betreuung durch Anna nur weiterempfehlen! Gerne wieder :-)

Vielen Dank für das positive Feedback. Es ist schön so freundliche und zufriedene Gäste zu haben bei denen man richtig merkt, dass es ihnen gut geht. Auch sehr habe ich mich gefreut über das Verständnis, als der Toaster kaputt ging und einen Kurzschluss verursachte. Auf eigene Faust hat Jürgen die Sicherungen gefunden und mir Zeit gelassen einen neuen Toaster zu bringen. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn Jürgen und seine Frau wieder kommen!

la signora Anna è stata sempre molto gentile, disponibile e ci ha aiutato nelle situazioni di bisogno. L'appartamento è molto pulito, moderno e con una vista da sogno. La terrazza con la vista del mare, tavolo e sedie comode, sedie sdraio e ottimo BBQ vale anche da sola la scelta. Molto utile anche il balconcino del bagno per stendere. Tutto perfetto, consiglio solo qualche cassetto in più per riporre i vestiti in caso alloggino 3 o 4 persone; per il resto davvero eccellente anche nei dettagli (ad esempio ci sono anche le zanzariere); si vede che la proprietaria ci tiene a mantenere al meglio la casa. Urlaub am Meer

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkt am Meer, so dass wir während unseres Aufenthaltes einige Male den Tag in der Wohnung verbracht haben und für eine Erfrischung den kurzen Weg zum Wasser genommen haben. Der Balkon ist ab Mittag im Schatten, was sehr angenehm ist. Wer in der Sonne sein möchte, wechselt auf die Terrasse am Eingang der Wohnung. Es gibt in der näheren Umgebung der Wohnung zwei kleine Strände. Die übrigen Strände sind mit dem Auto in 30 bis 45 Minuten erreichbar und ganz schön. Pula erreicht man mit dem Auto in knapp 10 Minuten. Wir haben meistens im Jolly Market oder bei Conrad eingekauft. Einige Restaurants, ein schöner Piazza, kleine Kirche und hübsche Gassen. An den Straßenständen der Bauern sollte man einen Stopp einlegen, das Obst und Gemüse ist günstiger als im Supermarkt und schmeckt sehr gut. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, verfügt über bequeme Balkon-und Loungemöbel und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Kommunikation mit Anna war absolut komplikationslos und prompt. Zusammenfassend in zwei Worten: perfekter Urlaub! Wir können die Wohnung zu 100 % weiter empfehlen.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit Superlage. Anna ist ein sehr netter Host. Ein Vorschlag: es wäre schön, wenn man eine Grundausstattung an Reinigungsmittel, z.B. Putzlappen vorfinden würde. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Dank auch an Anna und die Flasche Rotwein 😊

Die Wohnung war tip top sauber und eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Vor allen Dingen die Möglichkeit, je nach Wetterlage, auf verschiedenen Terrassen zu sitzen war besonders. Die nette Kommunikation mit Anna lief sehr reibungslos ab. Nach einer Woche wurde uns frische Bettwäsche und Küchen-bzw. Handtücher angeboten. Diese Ferienwohnung kann ich auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement fin octobre. Il ne manquait rien , tout est pratique et très bien pensé . What a nice place to stay !

This is a very nice appartment !! Anna gave us a friendly welcome and a good explanation about everything we needed to know about the appartement. The residence was very clean and fresh. It is modern and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed. There are 2 spacious terrasses and 1 balcony so you can always find a nice place to sit, in or out the sun. The view from the seaside-terras is truly magnificent and we slept every night with the sound of the waves. We regretted when we had to leave this lovely spot. We recommend this appartment, expecially for couples.
