These beautiful, fully equipped apartments are located in the center of Umag. Just below the apartments, there is a restaurant and a few minutes walk from the apartment is everything you may need - shops, promenades, beach Great choice for those who like to be in the center and want to truly experience the city they are visiting. In the morning, join the locals in shopping at the market and then head for the beautiful beaches. After swimming and sunbathing, all options are open to you. Pets are allowed, with an additional fee. This one bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor and can accomodate up to 4 persons. It consists of one bedroom with a two single bed, a living room with air-conditioning, satellite TV and a sofa bed for two additional persons+ one single bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment also has an exit to a furnished balcony with a breathtaking sea view. Parking is provided for the guests only about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The owner will bring you from the parking lot to the apartment.Welcome and enjoy your stay!

Schöne Wohnung direkt in der Altstadt

Das Apartment liegt im 4. Stock direkt in der Altstadt und ist nicht direkt mit dem Auto erreichbar. Man kann in ein paar Minuten Entfernung beim Museum kostenlos parken. Der Meerblick ist traumhaft, allerdings wären auf der Terrasse ein paar neue Möbel (die jetzigen sind rostig und kaputt) und ein Sonnenschirm, da hier die Sonne von früh bis abends hinbrennt, schön. Allgemein fehlt es etwas an der Grundausstattung, Seife, Geschirrtücher, Pfannenwender etc. Waren nicht vorhanden. Der "Check-In" lief reibungslos und wir konnten schon vor der offiziellen Zeit ins Apartment, der Schlüssel steckt und Schokolade wartete zur Begrüßung auf dem Tisch. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer sind zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten mit großer Besucherritze, was wir etwas unbequem fanden. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns nicht ganz gestimmt.
