TERRIFICANTE
Al momento del check in mi e' arrivata comunicazione che la mia prenotazione era stata annullata.
Non ne conosco i motivi e non intendo saperlo.
Ogni spiegazione era e sara' superflua, vista la giornata nera che abbiamo trascorso in questa bellissima Citta', TARANTO.
Nei prossimi soggiorni non prenotero ' piu' con la Vs. agenzia.
Grazie per " averci " fatto dormire in macchina.
Resto in attesa del rimborso, come descritto nella Vs. Mail, nei prossimi 3 gg lavorativi.
