This stylishly decorated 100 sq. meter apartment has everything you need to make you feel at home. The real parquet flooring and big windows throughout radiate an appealing warmth.
The main bedroom overlooks a nice park, has a queen-size bed (150 x 200) with a high-quality mattress, fitted wardrobes and a marble bathroom. There is another bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed (135 x 190) and a second marble bathroom. The spacious living room with large windows overlooks the park. It has a dining table suitable for up to 6 people, a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a 43” smart TV. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning throughout the whole apartment (with an only thermostat for all rooms) and 600 MB wifi internet connection. Natural gas heating.
In this cozy apartment you will find the relaxation you need. In addition, it is a perfect place for work when needed because one of the rooms is a fully-equipped office.
The apartment is in a nice building with a summer swimming pool. Underground parking spot. 3 minute walk to a shopping mall with a Carrefour hypermarket as well as many shops. Excellent transport accessibility: 5 minutes walking to the metro station (Mar de Cristal) and a number of buses. The driving distance to the airport is 12 minutes.
A parking space can be provided in the parking located below the house for €100 per month.
