There are two studios on the ground floor and when I first came, I was at the rear. It's small but functional and since I moved out, the women that manage this properties have done loads of work and it's really lovely now. The problem everyone has - tenant, manages - is that the rooms main feature are two huge period french doors and windows that fullyy open up. Gorgeous. Except when you look down on the "garden" below it is shocking in it's neglect. Suffice to say a large dog is left in the walled concrete day and night - and no one has seemingly cleaned up after hte dog since the late 90's - honestly never seen anyting like it and of course there are flies and other things. It is awful for the managers - they work incredibly hard to make the room immasculate, stylish and really can't do more for you - and then there is this. I don't know how a young, clearly intelligent, well educated woman can live like that. So the motto of the story don't open the windows! Tegh studio at tne front is gorgeous. End of story!!!
