This apartment is all about location. Amazing view, the beach, pier,salsa dancing in the bandstand and the i 360 watching over you. It's 10 floors up and the balcony is long and thin. We had scaffolding up for our entire stay, we were told the day before, which did spoil it. Clean and airy bedroom and lounge, small bathroom and kitchen. Think Art Deco penthouse rather than modern. James was great and had some good tips. Fantastic view to wake up to in the morning.

5 Night Stay

This property is easy to book, has excellent communications with the owner, a terrific location and very special view of the beach from 10 stories up on a large balcony. You soar with the seagulls!

Late September in Brighton

This was a lovely apartment. Nice layout and nicely appointed. The outdoor terrace was lovely—though we were only able to use it a little due to windy conditions. Good location in Brighton and easy to get to local sites (like the Seven Sisters). Host was very responsive and helpful.

Great Views and location

First impression of the building was that it could do with some TLC but after seeing all the information around the building of its history we realised that it is an iconic building that work has started on to smarten up the appearance of the facade. The apartment itself is light and airy with amazing views. The one downside we found was the sofa was not very comfortable. When renting an apartment we like a home from home to relax in the evenings or if the weather isn’t good and did not find it met our needs for this. Overall we had a great stay and the hosts were very accommodating, offering early check in and late check out when available, which was a bonus. The apartment is centrally located within a short walk of the centre of Brighton and the quieter area of Hove in the other direction. Highly recommended.

Peace and Tranquility

A beautiful apartment overlooking the sea, close to shops and restaurants. Lovely coffee shops nearby and beautiful walks along the beach. Highly recommended and I will be back!

We had a wonderful stay the place was excellent. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens and pillows (this is vip to us). within easy walking distance of everything and yet quiet, we loved the terrace and apartment and our host James went above and beyond we would stay here again no question

My wife, daughter and I loved our stay here. James was the perfect host, with everything explained carefully and in detail in advance of our stay, and invaluable local knowledge shared with us upon arrival. The apartment was stunning and spotless. The balcony was ideal for watching the sun come up over coffee, and watching sea swimmers and dog walkers over cocktails in the evening. We will be back!

Brighton over Easter

We had a wonderful time! Wonderful to see the changing view of the sea and sea front from the maisonette and the terrace. All mod cons available in the compact property and helpful host.

In LOVE with Brighton

My daughter and I spent a week in this beautiful flat while visiting from the US to look at the universities in the area. James met us at the property and showed us around and stayed to share his thoughts about dining, sightseeing, his experiences in Brighton and most importantly going to school here! The view is amazing and the flat is very nice and accessible to all of the things to do and see in the area. We will be back and plan to stay here every time!

Excellent property in great location

Our 3rd visit to Brighton and this time the weather was certainly in our favour allowing us to take full advantage of the spacious Terrance and lovely beach just over the road. The property was spacious, well furnished and very clean. The owner, James, welcomed us and gave us confidence that he was just a phone call away if we had any problems- which we didn’t . Overall great stay and would not hesitate to stay again !

We had a great holiday in this beautiful apartment. Everything is there what your heart desires. The location is excellent and above all the terrace with its great view is fantastic.
